- plug into advice from outside school, including the Alumnae Network. Alumnae tell girls what this course is like, what this university is like. There’s no substitute for first-hand opinions – and we have the largest network of its kind in the country

We help them:
- by giving face-to-face and up-to-date careers advice
- identify and develop areas of strength and weakness through self-assessment and aptitude testing, leading to an individual careers report;
- devise an action plan with a careers advisor;
- develop ‘soft skills’ through our CareerStart programme;
- gain familiarity with the post-education world through a work opportunity programme;
- take advantage of the partnership between the school, parents, careers services, employers and local community
