Bromley High School

Mrs A M Drew, BA, MBA (Dunelm), Headmistress

We are a school that is proud of our heritage, our commitment to the education of girls and our ability to do the best for your daughter. We focus on the individuals who make up our community and, supported by excellent teachers and first rate facilities, we identify and nurture your daughter’s developing talents. We believe that girls aim higher and do better in an all girls’ environment and we provide the support and challenge to ensure that this happens; to show her what is possible and to make sure that she explores every opportunity presented to her.

We offer a broad base of subjects from the traditional to the novel and we constantly review and question our provision to ensure it meets the needs of our pupils. Unlike maintained schools we are unencumbered by the National Curriculum and construct the timetable around your daughter’s choices. This provides flexibility for her and, in small class sizes with excellent and inspiring teaching, maximises her chances of success. This will enable her to progress to the University of her choice, to study the subject of which she has always dreamed.

Your choice of school for your daughter is one of the most important decisions that you will make. We know that there is nothing more important to you than her welfare, her happiness and her progress. With us, she will be an individual. She will leave us a confident young woman, sure about what she wants and what she can do.  With us she will thrive; with us she will be someone.
