The opening ceremony
The opening ceremony and garden party
held to mark the launch of the new Howell’s College
was a great success. Parents, students, teachers and invited

they explored the new college and gardens.

The decision to become co-educational has proved a
popular decision with 25 young men joining the college along
with several new female students. The Freshers’ Fair
was particularly popular with 50 stalls promoting the clubs
and activities now available to the college students.
