All GDST schools are different, but there are some aspects that they all have in common.
All our schools aim to help every student in our care achieve their full potential. This means more than encouraging a student who might otherwise be on course for a B or C grade in another school to achieve an A (although we do this too). It means giving them the opportunities to try new challenges, so that they can find their own strengths and develop a passion for the subjects they choose.
GDST-wide personnel policies and training mean that we attract, develop and keep the best teachers and leaders in every subject.
The security of being part of an historic national charity means that parents have the peace of mind of knowing that the GDST does not focus on short-term profit, but plans to be around for many years to come.
