As friends of the school, our aim is
to promote the happiness and prospects of the school
and all its pupils and to provide a thriving social
network for you. All parents of children in the school,
from nursery to Sixth Form, are automatically members
of FOSACH and are welcome to join the Committee, to
attend the AGM and to support our events.
  We
now have a number of well established and much loved
annual events that are always well attended - our autumn
Quiz Night, spring Junior Disco, Infant Easter Egg Hunt,
Midsummer Fete and our Summer Ball.
Interspersed with these might be an
Auction of Promises, Bingo Night or Race Night - we
actively welcome new ideas.
 Through
events like these FOSACH raises funds to buy equipment
that the school needs but wouldn't otherwise be able
to afford. For instance, in the last year or two, we
have helped equip the wonderful new Millennium building
at the Senior School, provide new curtains for the Junior
Department's stage and Assembly Hall and create an amazing
new playground.
FOSACH also has a Prize Draw, which
has been established as a special fund to be used entirely
at the Head's discretion to support the activities of
individual pupils in times of financial need. This is
something that almost all of our parents subscribe to.
Below is a brief word of explanation...
FOSACH is open to absolutely everyone
and our aim is to be as open and transparent about what
we do as possible. You'll find regular updates of activities
in the Junior Department newsletter and we'd love to
develop a website. Can anyone help with this? If so,
we'd love to hear from you...
