 A
hot lunch is provided every day at the Junior Department,
after which the morning children depart.
Each day the children participate
in activities encompassing all six areas of development.
Including:
- Language for communication and
thinking, linking sounds and letters, making sense
of print including phonic knowledge, handwriting and
writing.
- Numbers for labels and counting,
calculating, matching, sorting, grouping, ordering,
shape, space and measures.
- Making relationships, self-care,
sense of community, behaviour and self-control, self-confidence
and self-esteem.
- Cultures and beliefs, sense of time
and place, ICT, exploration and investigation, designing
and making skills.
- Responding to experiences and communicating
ideas, music, exploring media and materials, use of
imagination.
- Movement, health and bodily awareness,
using equipment, sense of space.
 Music
and Movement lessons take place in the Dance Studio
and Gym lessons take place in the Sports Hall at the
Junior Department.
We welcome daily contact with parents,
and encourage them to approach a member of staff with
any queries or concerns they have.
After School
 An
After School Club is offered as an extra option to parents
who require a later collection time. This runs until
6 pm each school day.
