The
Senior School day begins with registration at 8.30am.
This is the time for handing in homework and is followed
by either an assembly or time with form tutors 8.45-9.00am

Assembly for years
7-11 in Ellis Hall
Form time for 6th form.
Wednesday:
Form time for all
years.
Thursday:
Form time for all
years.
Friday:
Assembly for years
7-11 in Ellis Hall
Friday Forum for 6th form in Recital Hall.
All
lessons are 55 minutes long apart from period 4 in years
7 and 8. The fourth lesson of the day for these year
groups is just 25 minutes long so that they can get
into lunch early and then take part in a number of lunchtime
clubs and activities.
All girls have a 20 minute break in
the morning either between periods 1 and 2 (Junior break
for years 7, 8 and 9) or between periods 2 and 3 (Senior
break for years 10, 11 and 6th form).
There
are 6 lessons every day with the last lesson finishing
at 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday
a slightly shorter lunchtime means lessons finish at
3:40pm to allow time for sports matches.
