PSA Funds
Four years ago the PSA Committee felt they wanted to fund a substantial project of benefit to the whole school instead of small disbursements as had been the practice in the past. A substantial amount of cash was raised to be put towards the development of a theatre for the school. Subsequently, the GDST agreed to fund the project stating that the efforts of the PSA in raising funds was a major contributor to their decision.
We continue to fund several Music Scholarships in the Senior School. The school has now taken over the funding of future scholarships and therefore the cost to the PSA will gradually decrease to zero.
We have just paid for a new pagoda style outdoor classroom for the Junior School.
We will be spending approximately £10,000 on recording studio equipment for the new theatre complex.
We bought a great Marquee for outdoor events.
