Belvedere Academy girls rise to the A Level challenge

Once again, Belvedere Academy in Liverpool is celebrating record A Level outcomes for its Year 13 students. Their Sixth Formers have risen admirably to the challenge of more demanding, linear A-Level qualifications.

Over 20% of all of the grades were A* or A grades and over half of all of the grades were awarded grade B or above. In the national context of the new examinations this is a fantastic achievement for their students.

Well done to all of the girls, their parents and of course to the Belvedere staff, teaching and support, who always go the extra mile to support its students.

Associate Principal at the school, Mike McGarry, commented:

“We all wish you every success as the majority of you now embark on your university courses. Work hard, always remember what it means to be a ‘Belvedere Girl’ and be sure to stay in touch!”
