A clean sweep for Oxford High’s future medics

Oxford High School students will soon head be heading off to universities across the UK thanks to a stellar set of A Level results. A stunning 39% of grades were A* grades, while 73% were A*-A grades.

One in six of the cohort have gained a place at Oxford or Cambridge and 10% have gained a place to study medicine. Indeed, all of the girls who were offered places at Oxbridge or to study Medicine were successful.

Oxford High students are heading to leading universities to study a wide-range of subjects such as Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, Linguistics, Geography, Arabic and French, Russian and Politics, Classics, and Psychology.

Dr Peter Secker, Acting Head of Oxford High School said:

“Put simply, I am thrilled. I am so proud of each of our girls and would like to thank them for all that they have given to OHS in their time here. They have all demonstrated strong leadership and creativity in so many aspects of school life.
