Howell’s celebration of languages

On Tuesday 24th April, Howell’s School held a vibrant Celebration of Languages evening in the grand surroundings of its recently restored Great Hall. 

The event, hosted by the school’s college language leaders, included a mixture of sketches, poetry, songs, Indian dancing, instrumental performances, and recitations in Latin, Welsh, Spanish, French and English. 

The international flavour was enhanced by the school’s catering team, which provided a mouth-watering buffet of French, Italian, Welsh and Spanish cuisine.

The school is grateful to all of the parents and staff who supported the event, and, of course, all of the students who participated.
