A night to remember at Cadogan Hall

On Wednesday 14th March, 200 girls, ranging from Year 7 to Year 13, ventured to Cadogan Hall in Sloane Square for Wimbledon High School’s annual London Concert.

The prestigious venue provided the perfect backdrop to a sensational evening. The talent and hard work of the school’s musicians was evident in the show stopping performances of the WHS Symphony Orchestra (Directed by Mr Richard Bristow) who opened the show with Intermezzo (Jean Sibelius).

This was followed by performances from Baroque Ensemble (Directed by Miss Claire Kennington) Canto (Directed by Dr John Parsons) and a stunning finale from A Cappella (Directed by Mr Richard Bristow) who performed a breathtaking version of Karl Jenkins’ Cantata Mundi.
