At the GDST, our network is our superpower – we know that we are at our best when we come together and share our expertise. This includes integrating dedicated specialists at our schools and at GDST-wide events, as well as presenting insights and thought leadership on both national and international stages.
Trust Consultant Teachers are highly trained and experienced subject experts who work across the GDST amplifying best practice, providing consultancy and fostering collaboration around the Trust.
Their areas of expertise includes Sustainabilty, Pastoral Care, PHSE, Educational Research, Sport, Data, Humanties, EDI, SEND and STEM.
In 2022, the GDST launched the Global Action Research Collaborative (GARC) fellowship. This has brought together research fellows from 2021 onwards to present research findings on variety of topics, both nationally and internationally.
This has included presenting at a number of International Coalition of Girls’ Schools events in the United States and the United Kingdom.
