Redmaids’ High School
With a heritage dating back to 1634, Redmaids’ High School celebrates 390 years of excellence in girls’ education.
At Redmaids’ High, every pupil has the opportunity to try new things both in and beyond the classroom. This helps our girls discover where their passions and talents lie, and in doing so, develop self-confidence and positive self-esteem.
The school has world-class opportunities in science and technology as well as excellent facilities and learning environments, to help students excel in sport, drama, art and music. The international links the school have cultivated over the years and their thriving alumnae network are an integral part of the community and a hugely valuable asset for all our students.
In 2025, the school was named The Sunday Times as the top school in Bristol for academic excellence.
