Sixth form for girls

Why a GDST sixth form?

Sixth form, for students aged 16 -18, comprises the final two years of study at school (Years 12 and 13). These years are full of intellectual challenge and independent exploration – a time when academic and co-curricular passions really shape futures.

A GDST sixth form education is supercharged by our partnerships with world-leading experts and institutions to provide inspirational, real-world learning experiences and mentoring beyond the classroom. We challenge and nurture our sixth formers to set their sights high as they strive to achieve their aspirations for life beyond school. Leading by example, we teach students the skills and attributes necessary to navigate a world still characterised by structural inequalities. Our sixth forms are about expansive thinking and equipping the next generation to be the change makers of the future.
