The role:

We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Head of Geography with a passion for teaching and learning to lead this thriving department within one of the country’s leading independent day schools for girls.

Reporting to the Head of Humanities, the post holder will teach Geography up to Year 13 and have overall responsibility for the professional leadership and management of the department.  This would include ensuring that high standards of teaching and learning are delivered and that the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy.

A willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school is expected.
