Wellbeing Coach (Self-Employed)

 

The Role

We are seeking a warm, open-minded and approachable individual who is an excellent listener and able to understand the concerns of young people.

As Wellbeing Coach, you will work alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead and members of the pastoral team, to ensure that pupils are happy and confident, which, in turn, allows them to thrive in their learning.

You will meet with pupils who are worried or anxious and help them to resolve their issues and build their self-belief in a confidential environment.

Remuneration and hours

Hours: 2½ days per week, Term Time Only

Hourly rate:  £30.00 – £35.00 per hour, Paid by Invoice
