As Senior Premises Officer you will work with the Facilities Manager in leading the provision of an efficient and effective maintenance and security service for the school buildings and grounds.
You will provide an excellent customer-focused service to staff, pupils, the Parents’ Association and hirers of facilities; to support the Facilities Manager by undertaking a rolling maintenance and improvement programme for school buildings and grounds.
You will need experience of general building maintenance work, including plumbing, decorating, carpentry and minor electrical work along with experience of supervising or managing site teams.
