Senior leadership roles

A GDST leader is expected to exemplify the organisation’s vision and values. Your ability to lead and inspire others is as important as your technical expertise. We value what different people can bring to the GDST and aim to recruit from a wide variety of backgrounds. In return, you will be joining an organisation small enough for you to have real influence and large enough to offer genuine collaboration and support.

“When I joined Sydenham High School, as Head of Prep School, I knew I would be joining a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation. In addition to the high-quality training provided by the GDST, I greatly value the many networking opportunities that are offered. I regularly work with and share excellent practice with colleagues from all the other 24 schools within the GDST. Above all though, I value the incredible opportunities offered to our pupils where girls really do come first and where all pupils are supported and encouraged to aim high and be fearless learners.”
