Data requests in particular take time to action. We need as much notice as possible to complete your request and so ask that you submit your support request form as far in advance as possible. Although we appreciate that on occasion, urgent requests will arise, these should be the exception. NB: In normal circumstances, it is unlikely that we can fulfill data requests at short notice (within 48 hours).
